CHERRY LEMONADE

1 cup hot water
3/4 cup sugar
4 cups cold water
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 (6 oz) jar maraschino cherries, undrained

In a large pitcher, combine hot water and sugar; stir until sugar is dissolved.

Add cold water, lemon juice and cherries with their juice; mix well.

Serve over ice.

Servings: 6
