Recipe(tried): Cuban Bread/Pan Cubano - still looking

Breads - Yeast Breads
Well, I tried it and as usual it's more like an Italian Bread. We went to Tampa two weeks ago, and I brought back four loaves. When I'm down to the last loaf, I'll need a really large box of Kleenex Tissues. Sigh!...
