ISO: Cucumber Recipes

Misc.
I am a city girl who has no expertise with gardening. Never-the-less, my family planted cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, cabbage, jalapeno and banana peppers. I don't have a problem with any of my vegetables except the cucumbers. They're growing everywhere. The faster I harvest, the faster they grow. I don't know what to do. I want to make pickles, but I'm not into canning. I've read about how to do it , and no thanks! This city girl has no time or patience. If you have an easy solution for my over abundance of cukes, please help.
