I just use straight white vinegar. For this purpose a store brand is fine (and cheaper).
The commercial coffee pot cleaner is 97% TSP, (trisodium phosphate) available at any hardware store,
and cheaper. It is also the best window cleaner, the only caution being to wear gloves if you are using very hot water. It is otherwise very safe, being a water softener.
