Orange Fingers
3 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs 1 (16-ounce) box powdered sugar, sifted 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans 1 (6-ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed, undiluted 1/2 cup butter, melted 1 (7-ounce) package sweetened flaked coconut Combine vanilla wafer crumbs, powdered sugar and pecans; mix well. Stir in orange juice concentrate and butter. Shape into 2-inch fingers; roll in coconut. Refrigerate. Makes 4 1/2 dozen cookies. |
