ITALIAN BEEF
4 to 6 lbs beef chuck or shoulder roast 4 beef boullion cubes dissolved in 2 cups hot water 2 envelopes Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Mix 1 can beer
Brown roast on both sides then put into crockpot. Add dissolved beef cubes, Italian dressing mix, and beer.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
When ready to serve, shred beef and return to juice.
Serve with Italian sweet bread, French bread, provolone cheese, onions, and peperoncinis.
