My boyfriend is from Chicage and misses Gino's East pizza. I am trying to find a good recipe for the sauce, dough, and homemade italian sausage. I've got some good leads for the sauce and dough, but the sausage is tough to find. He says the sausage we have out here in the stores is not authentic. Can anyone please help? How do I make real italian sausage? Or does anyone know where I can buy authentic italian sausage in the northwest? Any suggestions would be great! Thank you so so much! |
