Here's one for you. This is my mother's bologna salad recipe and it is an absolute favorite among our family and friends. My niece took some to the grocery store deli where she worked and said "Here, try this. This is how bologna salad should taste."

One pound Dinner Bell bologna (we use no substitutes-different bolognas will give the spread a different taste)
One small sweet onion
Miracle Whip

Run through a meat grinder the bologna and onion. Add several spoons of Miracle Whip until a nice spreadable consistancy is reached. Other things may be added according to taste (relish, etc..) but our family prefers it as is. It is also best if made ahead and refirgerated for several hours or overnight to allow the flavors mingle.
