More than a decade ago, I made a sweet potato casserole with Kahlua. I searched for the recipe but unfortunately, I couldn't find it.

It involved boiling sweet potatoes and peeling them, then mashing them. Then combine mashed sweet potatoes with butter, brown sugar, Kahlua and (I forgot what else). Topping with walnut or pecan nuts.
