I am looking for a recipe from a long time ago. It has a thin chocolate cake-like bottom, and is topped with
marshmallow fluff and (?) peanut butter and then with melted chocolate with rice crispies stirred in. Somehow they used to be called chow chow bars? please help - my whole family remembers them but no one has the recipe.
