hello I have been searching for shuckey beans too. I am also in florida and although I can get the white half runners and they grow just fine I also do not know how to dry them in our climate. I have been wanting them for so long now since my grandparents passed. they lived in OHIO and used to send a big bag of them to me every year.

I too would like to find a way to dry them without ruining them.

thanks
Kathy
