I think you are talking about a candy similar to pralines, made with evaporated milk, butter, and sugar. I am looking thru my cookbooks to see if I can find a recipe. It will take a while, I have a collection of 50 or 60 from the La.-Miss. area alone. Will get back to you if I can find it.
