COFFEE JELLO

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 large cup strong coffee
5 tbsp. sugar

Place gelatin and sugar in a bowl. Add coffee, stir thoroughly. Chill.

COFFEE JELLO

2 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatin
1 cup water
2 cups strong coffee
1/3 cup corn syrup
1/3 cup Kahlua (coffee liqueur)
Ice cream (optional)

Combine Knox and water in a pan and let sit 2 minutes. Place on low heat and stir until melted. Make strong coffee. When Knox is melted, remove from flame. Add coffee, corn syrup and Kahlua. Pour into individual glasses. Chill. Decorate with ice cream.

Hi Wen,

I'm not sure about the ice cream part, but are a couple of recipes for the jello. Can you give us more details about where the ice cream comes in - or is the jello used to make ice cream?
