My mother had an old Mirro Cook Book and we all loved it. It is now in shreds and we would love to get the Two Egg Cupcake recipe (it was on page 113 of our version and that page is missing form ours). We all remember this recipe and would love to make it for our families.
She always cut a cone shape out of the top, filled it with lemon pudding, replaced the top and covered it with sifted confectioner's sugar.
If anyone has this cookbook, could you please post the recipe.
