RY KRISP CROUTON MUNCHIES

"Use as a snack or as croutons in soups and salads."

3 tablespoons butter (or margarine)
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt (OR celery salt OR onion salt)
18 Natural Ry Krisp crackers

In a large skillet heat butter until melting. Stir in desired seasoning.

Break each cracker into 6 pieces. Add cracker pieces to butter mixture and stir to coat all pieces. Stir over low heat for 15-20 minutes or until all pieces are crisp and brown. Cool on paper towels.

Store in a tightly covered container.

Makes 1 quart
