Tracey, thanks for posting this kichel recipe. It was very easy. I found I could cut out circles if I rolled the dough 1/4" thick and floured the working surface a little. They didn't look like the kichel my neighbor used to bake, but tasted very similar. A friend was over for coffee and we were all happily dunking - definitely a hit.
