Haven't posted much since I moved from Anchorage to Milwaukee, but am hoping you'll forgive and forget! I'm hosting a post-party after my son's wedding and I would love to hear from anyone with a good brunch-type casserole, preferably egg-based. I can't make it the night before as I'll be at the wedding, so I hope you can share any recipes easy to put together just before baking - and delicious, too.
