ENERGY SNACK MIX

2 1/2 quarts popped popcorn
1 cup toasted flake coconut
1 cup peanuts
1/2 cup raisins or chopped dates
3/4 cup honey
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup dry Carnation nonfat dry milk

Mix together popped corn, coconut, peanuts, and raisins or dates in very large bowl.

Warm honey and peanut butter in small saucepan over low heat, mixing until blended. Stir in dry nonfat milk powder. Pour over popped corn mixture; toss until evenly coated. Spread on two 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch jelly roll pans.

Bake in slow oven (200 degrees F) 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Makes 3 quarts
