I remember the recipe that was listed on the back of the General Foods Swiss White Chocolate Coffee. It works for any of the coffee flavors, but I find the Swiss White Chocolate flavor is the best! I've made the recipe many times and absolutely love it!

Swiss White Chocolate Cheesecake

2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese (softened)
2 eggs (room temperature)
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup General Foods International coffee mix
8 1/2 to 9 inch pan with crust of your choice (homemade or store-bought)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Mix cream cheese, sugar and coffee mix together until creamy and smooth. Add eggs and mix until smooth. Pour batter into pan with crust of your choice.

Bake for 40-45 minutes until center is set or is light brown.
Let cool completely.

Refridgerate for 2 hours before serving.

Enjoy!
