I am a newbie here so I don't know if I'm doing this correctly. But I wanted let the person know (0084153) that Hummus DOES, Yes it does freeze fabulously! I make this all the time and stick in my freezer. You just need to make sure you take it out the night or morning before you want to eat it, placing it in the refrigerator to thaw so you are not eating frozen humus.
