PEANUT BUTTER HARD TACK
3 cups white sugar 1 cup light karo corn syrup 1/2 cup water 1 (18 oz.) jar Jiff peanut butter
Boil sugar, syrup and water to hard crack 300 degrees F.
Put peanut butter in iron skillet and pour cooked mixture over top of peanut butter. Mix very slowly until syrup works in.
Pour out on cutting board and snip with scissors; cut fast before candy hardens. Cool.
