LEMON COOLERS
1 box lemon supreme cake mix
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 egg
Powdered sugar
Mix all ingredients except powdered sugar. (Mix will be sticky.) Drop by teaspoons into small bowl of powdered sugar. Roll in powdered sugar. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake 12-15 minutes at 325 degrees. Makes several dozen.
