although this is a good cream cheese frosting, it is not cinnabon's recipe. I used to work for cinnabon making the frosting. They use a "secret" ingredient (which happens to be lemon extract) I just can't remember if it was more lemon than vanilla extract or vise versa! The lemon is the key ingredient though and it drives the frosting out of this world!
