This holiday weekend I'm planning to pack a picnic lunch for my boyfriend and I and I would like good picnic recipes. Pasta salad, new potato salad and fried chicken are what I am looking for. If you have some tried and true recipes that you have used on picnics I would love to hear them. Or if you can think of some sort of meat I can fix besides fried chicken that would be great too.
