IMPOSSIBLE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

I cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg

Mix ingredients, roll into walnut
size balls. Place on greased cookie
sheet and mash down with a fork.
Bake at 350 till lightly browned.
Remove immediately. Cool on rack.
Makes 16-24 cookies.
I don't know about the best, but the kids
