CHINESE NOODLE CAKE
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. Chinese noodles or nuts
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. butter, melted
Cake:
1 pkg. spice cake mix
1 c. water
1 c. sour cream
3 eggs
Glaze:
1 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. water
Mix first "mix" ingredients. Make cake and spread 1/2
in a 9 x 13-inch buttered and floured pan. Spread half of the
mix over this layer. Cover with the remaining mixture over
top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cake can be glazed when
cool. Use 1 cup of powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons water.
