Hello folks, I'm from Sydney, Australia. Next weekend I have 8 people for one of our famous bar-b-ques ("throw another shrimp on the barbie") This will include the usual steak, sausages, chicken satays and 2-3 salads with crusty bread. What I'm really after is some ideas for a different dessert. Not too rich...Perhaps something fruity... We are into the tail end of our stone fruit and pear season, so please get your thinking caps on...All ideas appreciated. Perhaps I should just go and buy a pavlova or something!!
