MASHED POTATOES6 large potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1/2 cup heavy (whipping) cream
3 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp butter
Cover potatoes with water in large pot. Boil for 25 minutes or until tender. Drain.
Mash potatoes until fairly smooth (I use an electric mixer - works fine). Return to medium-low heat and add cream, sour cream, salt and butter.
Yummy!
