l pork roast
prepared mustard - any kind. spicy, honey. or plain
salt
pepper
flour

Coat roast with mustard until well covered. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Sift a thin layer of flour over entire roast. Place in open pan in reheated 450 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Turn down heat to 300 degrees until done, about 30 minutes per pound.

also good way to cook a lamb roast.
