I did read somewhere, who this recipe was named in honour of, but I cannot for the life of me remember just where I saw the atricle, it was somewhere on the web though. Perhaps there is someone here in TKL who knows the story. I've never tried this dish, hope you enjoy it. I certainly sounds a nice juicy recipe.
