Try my recipe down a ways - it's really good, very moist and tasty. I wouldn't use super ripe peaches, they might be a big too mushy, works better with good firm (but ripe) ones - you don't have to use a food processor to chop them, by hand is fine, but the ones I was using were quite firm, so the food processor worked faster.

Hope you enjoy the recipe - let us know how it turned out for you, since it was kind of a "made up" recipe.
