Hi Mary! I just had to let you know that I made the Peanut Butter Bread yesterday at work ( I'm a Sous Chef for a Catering Company).It was a great surprise! We just recently started cooking breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner
( 7 days a week ) for a joint hospital daycare . I thought it sounded good for
the kids, ( I already make quite a few muffins and quick breads).
I'm going to make this for them next week. Thanks for the recipe!!!:0)
