I know the pie you're talking about. I've tried dozens of different recipes and haven't been able to duplicate it. If you're in Indiana, there's a pie I think you'll enjoy. It's Wick's sugar cream pie. I have only found it around the central Indiana area. My grandmother serves it every year at the holidays. I moved to Florida years ago and they've never heard of a sugar cream pie here. If you can find the pie there, maybe you can get an address from it. You'll find it in the freezer section. I think that's the one thing I've missed most since I've been here and have been searching for the recipe ever since.
