Hi I can not find the recipe but i know it by heart sorry no amounts ... i fudge as needed :)
equal amounts of yellow sharp cheese and cream cheese -- i warm in microwave to soften so it will blend more easily oinion powder and 1 small package of real thin lunch meat (any is fine i like beef) i do not use the one from the jar (dried beef as it is too salty for me) i use "Budding" or similar you find it usually in 4-8 oz. bags in the lucheon meat section. I dice it small and add to mix. shape into ball or log and roll in either fresh parsely or finely ground nuts
