1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
2 sticks oleo-softened
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. nestles quick powder
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 small pkg chocolate chips 8 oz

Mix all dry ingredients together. Beat together oleo, sugars, eggs, and vanilla. Add nestles quick. Mix in dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips.

Preheat oven to 350. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until golden. Makes 30 c00kies.

I bake all of my cookies on parchments paper. You never have a burned cookie and the cookie sheets are a zip to wash!!!!! Enjoy!
