This is a Scandinavian recipe that uses a dozen egg yolks, a dram of rum, cardamon, lemon zest, and heavy cream. You cut the dough out into diamonds, and put a little slit in the middle, pull the end under and through, and fry in hot fat. I can't find my recipe, my oldest daughter says she dreams about them, and I NEED to make them. I didn't have the chance to do that last year. Can anyone help me? Thanks so much!
