1 can green beans (drained) 1 can peas (drained) 1 can corn (drained) 1 can yellow/wax beans (drained) 1/2 green pepper diced 6 celery ribs diced 1 onion diced 1 can pimento (drained) an optional
Mix 1 and 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup Wesson oil 1 cup vinegar (apple cider vinegar) 1/4 cup water
Pour marinate over vegetables, refridgerate and let stand overnight. This make a lot of salad. And it is so good with a sandwich in the summer time. |
