this is a white sauce for just about any fish product.
adjust amounts as to amount of fish served.
1 cup chenin blanc wine
1 7oz can mushrooms
1 can low salt cr of mushroom soup.
2 tbls butter or margine
garlic powder, pepper, onion powder and a dash of salt.
in sauce pan melt butter add wine add soup and can of mushrooms.
season with what you like best and thicken with corn starch if preferrable.
cook to bubbling and pour over fish.
