My Mom made a wonderful oven hash with left over pot roast, potatoes and
carrots. She used her old fashioned grinder to prepare it and then baked it
for awhile. I only remember the main ingredients of meat, spuds, carrots and
onion. I don't know what, if any liquid was added, or how much. Does anyone
have a recipe similar to this? I have the leftovers in the "fridge" waiting to
be used.
