Hi Marc, thanks for your recipe, sounds yummy and I LOVE avacados!! Funny you should mention ripe av's. At New years i wasnted to have pork carnitas in (Michigan) and didn't even think of the bind I would be in! Anyway when I went to Don Pablo's resturant to buy my 5 doz. fresh totilla's I begged of f3 of the best avicados from them they only charge me the price of a side of Guacamole! YAHHH Don Pablos! Buy the way I cut around the Av and then with 1/2 containing the seed in my palm I stike the seed with a sharp knife and it lifts right out. Suppose you would need to practice so as to not loose a hand .... page<>< |
