This is one of my family's favorites.

Sour Cream Waffles
Yield 7-9 waffles

2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/4 butter, meltead
1 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking soda

combine eggs, sour cream, butter (cooled) and buttermilk. Beat until smooth.
In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Slowly
add dry ingredients to liquid mixture; stir until well blended. batter will be
slightly lumpy. Bake as directed.
