Tips: uses for dried apples

Misc.

I've chopped them and put them in cookies (instead of raisins or dried cranberries or dried apricots) - they are great in oatmeal cookies with some pecans. I also put them in sweet yeasted doughs - coffee cakes, cinnamon buns, etc. I don't 'do' much with fried or pastry so can't help you there!
