Here is the only one I ever use. It is so easy and we think it is delicious. MOM'S BEEF STOGANOFF 2 pounds lean stew meat ( or cut up round steak) Dredge in flour Brown in 1 stick real butter When meat is browned, add: 1 can beef bouillion 1 can french onion soup Cover and simmer gently until tender. (2 or so hours) 1/2 hour before serving add 1 cup sliced mushrooms Just before serving, add 1 cup sour cream. Warm but do not boil. Serve over hot rice.
