*1 small box jello, any flavor (cherry is the best)
4 cups flour
* 1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup margarine
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a mixer large bowl blend all ingredients except flour. Mix in flour
by hand, dough is very firm. Roll out on floured surface with floured
rolling pin, to desired thickness. Cut into desired shapes. Place
on ungreased cookie sheets. Decorate with colored sugars. Bake at 350 degree
oven for 10-12 minutes or until they look dry but not
brown.
* omit sugar and use a large box of jello!
