Hi, I grew up in a great family. On 1 side it was southern and the other was Italian and Luthwainion. This ment some great eating. Although thru the years the southern part of it Faded somewhat, when my great grandmother past away taking all them great recipes with her. Well to my question, I would like to get a true southern recipe for chicken and dumplings. I can remember the thick creamy yellowish broth she made and then how she rolled out the dumplings on the counter. mmmmmmhh. Now I'm a pretty good cook myself, and i have tried to duplicate this many times with no luck. the broth was close to the southern standby of chicken and biscuits. Well if anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it Thank you
