Hi Chuck! I cook for a local VFW and they love Chicken and Dumplings. I am pretty much known as a "country Cook" and the best and easiest recipe for dumplings is right on the box of Bisquick. the key to good gravey is chicken broth. and you can even add a can or two of Cream of Chicken soup to your broth before adding your dumplings.(this also adds to the yellow gravey)mmmmm..this is making me hungrey! hope this helps..
