My neghbor makes a beautiful that all her friends enjoy very much... She just sent the recipe to me yesterday... Don't believe a word she said about "very difficult"! COZ IT'S EXTREMELY EASY! And yes, it's very SPECIAL!!!

Lyn's Red Salmon Quiche: Very special and very difficult.....
375 grams grated carrot
375 grams grated zuchini
1 large onion chopped
210 gram tin red salmon
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup self raising flour
1/2 cup oil (I use virgin olive oil)
5 eggs lightly beaten
Mix together and put in greased pie dish and into preheated oven 190 for 30-40 or until browned

I dont measure very well and you can add other ingredients, i.e. mushrooms etc....
