I made a delicious one on the weekend. I simply used a Duncan Hines devils food cake but I substituted the water in it for buttermilk. I used a peach jam for the filling and iced it with Chocolate frosting. I served it with sliced peaches and a scoup or peach mango frozen yogurt. It was great, and so moist. I I realize it wasn't scratch but it sure was good. We have finished the whole cake already. The two of us.
