This is a very easy rich chocolate cake. I have used it for 30 years.
I know you will like it. It is similar to the mayo cake but no mayo in it.
I got it from my favorite Aunt Elma.

2C.flour
1C. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 C. Oil
2 C. sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 C.Hot water
2 tsp baking soda

Put first 8 ingredients in mixing bowl. Then add the 2 tsp baking soda to the 2 C hot water, then add
that to the other mix. Mix all together for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured pans and bake at
350* for 35 - 40 minutes or until tests for doneness.
