Here is a recipe for devilled fish (can be used for chicken, as well) that is very easy, and my family loves it!

454g fish fillets (I usually use some type of white fish - haddock, pollack, etc)
1 - 1 1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 c. bread crumbs (can use more if you like)
paprika

Spread the mustard on the fish, then sprinkle on the bread crumbs and paprika. Bake at 400 for 15 - 20 minutes (fish will be white and flakes with a fork).
